Services

Five services. One booking flow.

Each service is built around a single visit. Members see live availability, book online, and pay through their account once the session is complete.

  • Mental performance

    ExoMind

A non-invasive transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) session that targets brain regions involved in mood and cognitive function.

ExoMind by BTL uses focused magnetic pulses to stimulate activity in specific cortical regions. You sit comfortably for the session while a team member sets up the device, runs the configured protocol, and checks in at the end. No anaesthesia, no needles, no downtime — typical sessions run under 30 minutes. The underlying TMS technology has been used in clinical care for over a decade and is FDA-cleared for several specific indications, including treatment-resistant depression.

  • Recovery

    Red Light Therapy

A passive photobiomodulation session under red and near-infrared LED light, focused on tissue recovery.

You're positioned near the LED panel for the programmed exposure window. The session is passive — no heat, no UV — and pairs well alongside other compatible visits. Photobiomodulation works by stimulating activity in your cells' mitochondria; some applications (such as relief of pain from fibromyalgia, and treatment of certain forms of macular degeneration) have FDA marketing authorization, while many wellness uses are still considered emerging. We point you to independent reviews so you can decide whether it fits your goals.

  • Coached training

    XBody EMS Training

A trainer-led, full-body whole-body EMS workout in a fitted suit, with electrical pulses augmenting your own muscle contractions throughout.

Whole-body electromyostimulation (WB-EMS) delivers short electrical impulses through electrodes built into a fitted suit while you move through a coached workout. Because the trainer is dedicated to your session, this is booked as a standalone appointment — typically around 20 active minutes plus suit-up and cooldown. Peer-reviewed systematic reviews and meta-analyses report meaningful effects on muscle mass, strength, and body composition compared to conventional training.

  • Body composition

    EMSculpt

BTL's Emsculpt — an FDA-cleared HIFEM device that triggers supramaximal muscle contractions in targeted areas.

High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology produces contractions more intense than what you can voluntarily generate. A team member places the applicator over the target area (abdomen, glutes, arms, thighs, or calves), starts the protocol, and checks comfort throughout — most of the session is passive once you're set up. Emsculpt is FDA-cleared for strengthening, firming, and toning of these areas, and a separate clearance covers non-invasive lipolysis of the abdomen.

  • Body composition

    Emsculpt NEO (EMSELLA)

Body-composition and pelvic-floor sessions powered by BTL's HIFEM technology. Emsculpt NEO adds radiofrequency for muscle building plus fat reduction; EMSELLA is the chair-format applicator that targets the pelvic floor.

Emsculpt NEO combines HIFEM with simultaneous radiofrequency heating in a single applicator, designed to build muscle and reduce fat in the same session in the abdomen, glutes, arms, or legs. EMSELLA uses the same HIFEM principle in a chair-format applicator that targets the pelvic floor; you remain fully clothed and seated for the protocol. EMSELLA is FDA-cleared for the treatment of urinary incontinence in both men and women. Vexon offers both as part of this booking; the right choice depends on your goal and is set during scheduling.

Pairing sessions

Some services can run alongside others

Passive device sessions like ExoMind, Red Light Therapy, EMSculpt, and Emsculpt NEO can often be combined in a single visit when schedules and protocols allow. XBody EMS Training is coached one-on-one and runs as a standalone appointment. The booking system shows what is compatible when you pick a time.

Vexon offers these as wellness sessions. The devices used are FDA-cleared for specific indications; talk with your physician if you have a medical condition or are unsure whether a session is right for you.
